Collaborative Conservation Support

Amara Conservation offers support and partners with other organizations to add synergy to the broad conservation goals in Kenya. There are thousands of activities that need to be carried out to accomplish the bigger conservation goals, and no one organization has the ability to do all of these things.

Amara firmly believes in the value of partnering with likeminded entities for the purpose of achieving the worthy cause. We work closely with the Kenya Wildlife Service, Wildlife Works, local elder and other grassroots groups, and larger conservation entities. Sharing expertise is so rewarding.

Amara has also provided financial and material support to other organizations, including donation of vehicles, fuel, radio handsets, supporting research among others. We have also supported and participated in joint events and activities organized by others, such as marches for conservation, assisting others with their fundraising events, and helping “get the word out” about other organizations doing good work
